While I am driving, the vehicle will momentarily lose power to the radio, a/c and all needles on the dash. This problem does not appear to occur for any reason and some days the car is fine and others it happens about 20 times per 5 mins....highly annoying.

My car is a 2005 Honda Accord and my Radio/CD Player/Clock went out and came back on several different times this year. At first, I thought it was a fuse, but a Honda Dealership in Ann Arbor, MI proved me wrong. Fortunately, it came back on for a few months before going out again. Soon after it went out the second time, my battery died. Again, I returned to the Honda Dealership, this time in Georgia, to be told that my battery was fine and that I could pay to have the radio replaced. Approximately a month after I visited the Georgia Honda Dealership my battery died. Again, I returned to the Georgia Honda Dealership and purchased a new battery. Soon after I purchased the new battery I noticed that each time I turned off my car the blank radio screen continued to glow as if it was still turned on. Unfortunately, this morning I tried to start my car and my BRAND NEW BATTERY was DEAD!! A brand new battery??!! Go figure? I truly believe that the defective radio is draining my battery! My car is only 3-years-old. I should not have these type of problems with a 3-year-old Honda!! Thank God I found this web site because I thought I was the only person experiencing this problem. Today, I will call American Honda and get this problem resolved. This process has been extremely frustrating and a huge inconvenience to say the least. Simply put, I will think long and hard about buying another Honda.
