Accord LX V.6

Problem same as other complaint. Driver and passenger front doors the windows rise fine, but intermittently wont go up. With the mileage on my car, this should not be happening. I am not happy with the electronics at all--interior light failures --not covered by warranty, gear shift light failed and not covered.

I now have a week left on my warranty and dealer says they cant fix it unless I can make it fail while it is there. It doesn't do it all the time--just on and off . When I am parked in some place not safe, when it is raining. This doesn't make sense that they cannot fix it unless it fails in front of them. My warranty should cover this when it totally fails a couple of months from now

First, the window started working every other time I wanted to raise or lower it. I sometimes checked to see if I had the window lock engaged, thinking perhaps I hit it by mistake. Then I'd operate the window and it would work fine. It was inconsistent enough that I did not see a pattern nor suspect a problem. Suddenly one day, it would not rise. Of course then a rainy week ensued and it was a real pain in the arse.

Of all the cars and all the Hondas I have owned, I have never had a problem with a window motor dying. I find this unacceptable and feel Honda should replace it free of charge.
