The contact owns a 2007 Honda Accord. While driving 25 mph, the accelerator pedal began to shake. The dealer stated that the pedal accelerator assembly was loose and made the replacement. Approximately four days later, the shaking recurred. The dealer rotated the tires, but the failure continued. As of July 17, 2007, the vehicle has not been repaired. The dealer suggested that the cause of failure could be the lower steering shaft, however, the part was unavailable. The powertrain was unknown. The current mileage is 2,200 and failure mileage was 2,000.

The contact owns a 2007 Honda Accord. The contact depressed the accelerator slightly and the pedal became stuck. The contact's vehicle sped around and crashed into a parked vehicle. The contact depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle failed to decelerate or stop. She continued to apply the brakes and the vehicle stopped abruptly.
