The fan is really annoying. It has a constant rubbing or grinding sound. It seems like the fan turbine is rubbing on the housing. I took it to the dealer and they said they have realignment and lubricate the fan unit. The noise has died down a little for a while. It is back really loud now when I am at a stop with the music turned off. Another trip to the dealer. It is annoying.

So I got this used 2008 v4 EX Honda Accord and didn't check for the air conditioning. When I did turn it on I noticed that the fan makes a significantly loud hum. I thought there must be some debris in the blower motor but when I pulled it out it was all clean. I turned on the blower motor while it was still not screwed back in place and there was absolutely no sound whatsoever. I was like great and screwed it back in and the hum was back. So maybe there is something that's rubbing the motor or what? I did a quick Google search and figured that this is an Accord problem? Is it true? How many of you face the same problem?
