My car had a "bad spark plug" just out of warranty. Dealer advised me to pay to have it fixed rather than argue with Honda. So, a 100,000 mile spark plug lasted less than half its' expected lifetime....not covered. Poor customer management from a company that has a lot of my money over the past 20 years.....
