runners beneath seats breaking into pieces

2 identical pieces have ejected from the runners beneath the drivers seat.

It's a coupe. I'm single. I move the seat back and forth in order to place objects in the rear seat. I don't routinely move the seat back and forth. These are the ball bearing fasteners that the seat rolls on. And the seat hasn't been used that much.
