First Honda purchased. At first I thought that the touchy brakes were just the way Hondas were and I needed to get used to them. While driving a 2009 while my 2008 was getting it's oil changed, I realized how nice the 2009 brakes were. Mentioned this when I returned to the dealer...told him to check the brakes b/c they were so touchy that I was constantly telling passengers "Sorry". The response was that they'd had lots of complaints about the 2008 brakes, but that there was nothing they could do about it. I've put up with it long enough...my husband can't even drive the car or the rest of us end up eating the windshield.
Honda certainly needs to recall this and fix this or they'll find themselves in financial trouble. Toyota at least acknowledged their problem...will Honda own up to theirs??
