Air conditioner in 2009 Honda Accord won't work. Brought to dealer and they say a rock hit the condensor which is located in front behind the openings in the bumper without any screen or protection. They do not cover in warranty and we have to file with our insurance which may raise the cost. Someone my husband works with has the same year Accord and this has happened twice to them and Honda will not cover. Seems to be a design flaw which is costing consumers and their insurances money.

Withing a few weeks after I bought the Honda Accord 2009, in germantown, md, in December 2008... it started making a screeching sound in my brakes. Everytime I go get it checked, they say it's fixed. Then as soon as I drive away, the noise is still there... what the '!@#$% is this? I just got this brand new car... and started to make noise... this is a safety concern... now, the year is ending... and the noise is there... I have no choice but to considering filing suit...

2009 Honda Accord leased in 2008 from valley Honda, 4173 ogden avenue, Aurora il, 60504. The vehicle was returned to the dealership due to noise coming from brakes and steering wheel pulling to the left. Returned vehicle several more times complaining of same issue. Valley Honda stated there per techline, Honda is aware of the problem and is working on a countermeasure. In my opinion this is a safety hazard. I explained to Honda, the dealership and the better business bureaus that this is a safety hazard because I have to "pump" my brakes in order to control the vehicle during stopping...all disagreed. Can you help?
