Honda was unable to fix the issue and just said to deal with the car.

Update from Jun 27, 2011: Navigation unit froze and locked needing the coda to be reentered. It is again having issues after needed to have the DVD replaced and now it seems that the unit is eating the disk. Honda was suppose to have fixed this issue before and did a crappy job. yea so stuck with a piece of crap car. Thanks Honda.
