Accord EX-L 3.5L V6

  • Manual transmission
  • 33,000 miles

I have a practically brand new 2009 Honda Accord EX-L 3.5 Liter V6 with a 6 speed manual transmission with 33K miles on it. I recently took my car to the dealership because I starting having problems shifting through the gears. The dealership investigated the problem and told me that my clutch along with the flywheel has been worn excessively. To top it off they even admitted that there were no signs of me driving the car harshly or abusing the car however they couldn't do anything because its not covered by the warranty so I would be responsible for a $2600 repair bill. Not to mention that I just took my car to the same dealership because my brakes had worn prematurely and they also said there was nothing they could do however there was a Class Action Lawsuit File on the brakes for the Accords shortly there after. Look like I will get my money back on the brakes however honda is isn't stepping up to the plate on the clutch malfunction yet.

If anyone else is having same problems please speak up because this could be another potential Class Action Lawsuit.

Thanks
