The transmission not finding a gear has happened 3x's now and I've only had the car less than 2 years and bought it new. It only has 7,000 miles today. The first time it happened I didn't think much of it. The second time I realized it was a problem and not a fluke; I started the car tried to put it in gear and realized there were none, the stick just glided from one of the gear box to the other. I had to turn the car off and wait a few minutes, started it again and all was fine. Third time, same thing and now I have to call and see if I can make an appt at the Honda dealer. It's warranty is close to running out so I'm sure they won't find anything, but I do want it documented. Think it is on the fast track to a trade in. I had my last accord 13 years and I baby my cars. My niece's friend is still driving my old one and never had one incident with it. It was loved and well cared for, this one is well cared for, but not loved. Bummer, I think I have to find a new car company.
