Leather seats are of very poor quality. Dealer asked if I woke jeans, etc. I don't. Within 1 week after cleaning with high quality cleaner , they look crappie again. Rick Case dealership had same response like all other problems. I had stupid on my forehead.

Poor Leather Quality on the 2010 Honda Accord it only has 39,000 miles. The front seats leather are of such poor quality that are beginning to peel. Currently the leather looks like it is peeling and is worn severely. I am so disappointed with the quality. This has turned into a major grief with this car as the leather is now the major issue. Called Honda customer service worst worst worst customer service, they assign me a case manager which he didn’t do anything. Customer service told me to go to a dealership and to get it inspected, I went and the car was inspected by 5 different people, four of them said that it was defect it and one said it was my fault because of the product that I was using for the leather. So Honda decided to listen to one guy that said that was my fault and didn’t fix it, unbelievable one year old car it looks like crap I couldn’t believe my ears that they will not fix it because it was my fault. I use a very expensive leather protector solution I been using the same product since I bought the car and I don’t believe it was cause by the product. The leather is just a cheap material and Honda doesn’t want to take responsibility. It is very sad that you pay $30K for a car and when you need Honda to help you they are not there for you. Never ever I will buy another Honda again. And when I call my case manager to dispute the result he told me that he didn’t have time to deal with me, couldn’t believe it, I asked to meet with a Honda representative and both the dealership and the case manager are refusing to set up an appointment. This is a lost cause and I’m stuck with bad leather seats and $30K that I need to pay to Honda. If you read this message don’t buy a Honda car they are not worth the money at all, customer service is horrible don’t be foolish like me.
