Accord V6

Repeatedly reported on the onset of the seats discoloring to dealership. After many complaints, service manager stated he would have rep from the seating meet with me next time she was town. This never occurred, continued to complain. Service Manager informed my husband if the rep didn't contact me he would commit to replace seats before 32000 miles. Again rep did not contact me. Received number to call in to Honda and complain. I contacted Honda and they informed me regional person would call. They did call few weeks later and I was in a doctors appt and I asked them to contact me back. I never heard back and learned today when I contacted them again that the regional rep noted in my file they had spoken with me and informed me there was nothing wrong with the seats (complete lie) never spoke with them. Also how do they know anything was wrong they haven't seen them. What great customer service this is. Also they have alluded at the dealership it perhaps is my clothing, yes I wear dark suits I am a professional what's that got to with my seats. All my previous cars have had this same interior color and they were impeccable. We purchased 2 Honda Accords within 30 days and spent a lot of money and this is the respect we get. I will never buy another Honda and I cannot believe they do not value their customers and report false statements.
