When purchasing this vehicle I asked about the comparison between the 10 year 100K miles warranty offered on a Hundai and I was told that I was purchasing a Honda not a Hundai as if the Honda is a much better vehicle. I cannot believe that Honda will NOT help me fix my issue at all merely because I chose to allow my husband to purchase the oil and filters for the maintenance and have his ASC (I believe those are the letters he used) to perform the services for us instead of going to a dealership for these services. This is ridiculous!!!! They said I could take my car to a dealer and have the Service Manager do a test on it and then after he has the results he would get with an Field Rep to see what, IF ANYTHING, they could do for us, but ONLY if we provide ALL records of maintenance for the car. This is ludicrous in the day and age of a paperless society..... Who keeps receipts these days???? I am VERY, VERY disappointed in this lack of customer service. I have another Honda of my sons in my driveway as the motor went out on it as well.... I NEVER dreamed my vehicle would have these issues as I barely have miles on it considering it is 10 years old almost. The original buyer purchased it 10-27-09..... REALLY????
