engine idle stuck at high rpm when car is at full stop

My Honda Accord 2010 has experience an idle problem intermittently during normal driving condition. The idle stuck at high RPM (1500-2,000) when the car is fully stop in traffic. It will go down when I slidely release the brake. Has anybody had the same problem?
