The low beams on this car are the absolute worst and are totally ineffective at providing adequate light for night driving. The low beams are aimed too low and are very dim. As a result, I was unable to see a deer running down the middle of a 2 lane highway and smashed into it when it decided to abruptly turn and run into my lane.

While the headlights are easily adjusted, you do not have separate adjustments for the low and high beams. Raising the low beams to shine farther in front will also raise the high beams making them shine above the road surface. I installed one pair of LED bulbs for the low beams but the light pattern it produced in the reflector housing was blinding other drivers, resulting in lots of headlight flashing from angry drivers. I was able to find another pair of LED bulbs that allowed for adjustments to the bulb itself, and after much trial and error I have found the adjustment that provides a great deal of light without blinding and angering other drivers.
