tear in leather seat and console after minimal use

I bough a accord because I drive my cars until they fall apart. I had my last car 20 years. the leather seat in my old car got a tear in it from the seatbelt being used for so long , so I put the cloth protectors on the honda seatbelts right after I bought it so that wouldn't happen. It did anyways, after about a year. And now the leather on the center console has wrinkled up and torn and the car is a 2012. Its been that way for about a year. very cheap leather!
