When I took my car in for this problem it was because of more than one problem. But they told me that they took picture and that the Honda service place would look at the pictures and get back with them. Well they did just that. I was told that they didn't have any other customers with this problem. So in order for me to get it fix, I would have to pay half of the cost in which is like a hundred and fifty dollars. Well keep in mind I have only had the car for 2 months now so why in the hell do I have to come out of my pocket for something that is not even my fault this is a lot of BS!!!
