I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HAS NOT BEEN A RECALL. I EXPECTED MORE FROM HONDA. I WILL BUY ANOTHER BRAND AFTER THIS MAJOR EXPENSE ON A CAR THAT WAS BOUGHT NEW !!!! WHEN YOU HEAR ANY NOISE IT PAYS TO SEARCH ONLINE TO FIND OUT THE REAL TRUTH !!!

Accord EXL 4 cyl

First heard the thumping sound from the left front tire at 5,000+. Had the Michelin tires checked to see if it was the tires. They were OK . Took it to Honda Dealership in Newnan,GA. They could hear the thumping on some roads, but not all roads? They had no idea what it was. I replaced the tires at 30,000 + miles and to this DATE (1/8/2014) the thumping sound is still there!!
