Find windshield cracked on the left side corner glass on very cold snowing day without any force from outside, visited local Honda dealer at Manhasset Honda, inspected by the service manager cal and its staff, defined as defective windshield, since the car still under 36K mile and within in 3 years, so it is still under warranty. Says need Honda American approve to get covered. Contacted Honda American, says will follow up. After two weeks, still no one contact regarding the coverage of replacement. Seems Honda American and Honda dealer tried their best to avoid give its customer services that under coverage.
