sunroof won't close

I took car with 5 different small issues + the sunroof. I was told it would cost me $50 PER ITEM to check out; additionally the service manager told me she would call me when she had a loaner car available so I could leave my car for investigation. Service manager never contacted me. I wasn't thrilled at the idea of paying $250 for someone to just look at an item. I have a feeling most of the issues have to do with a loose connection
