I have purchased this used vehicle from First Texas Honda on 2/26/2019. The very next day I've noticed the driver's door lock actuator does not work properly; I've informed First Texas Honda about the problem but they replied that it is a used vehicle purchased "As-Is", however, before the purchase I was not informed that this actuator did not work. I believe this is a latent defect as it is a fault in the vehicle that could not have been discovered by a reasonably thorough inspection before the sale and I assume the seller knew about the latent defect. I believe the dealer or Honda should cover this repair because it appears to be a known defect, to the point that there was already a settlement for the same defect in the CRV as I've found out in www.carcomplaints.com

Update from Mar 21, 2019: Defective part number 72150-T0A-A02 Left Front Door Power Latch Assembly is exactly the same for the CR-V and for the Accord. If a settlement regarding Honda CR-V Door Lock Class Action Lawsuit, therefore, if a settlement has been reached for the CR-V's, it should be extended to the Accords as it looks to me that the problem resides in a defective part also used in Acura ILX, RLX and TLX.
