Error lights on dashboard come up (lots of them) and in the center it states "fcw system failure". Honda trying to charge me $1,600 to fix the errors and apparently this is happening to a ton of people. Clearly something that needs to be recalled

2-3 months ago, at approx 72,000 miles, the starter would not work on occasion. Independent diagnostic suggested issue with alternator (replaced) and battery (replaced). Issue continued. Now we have not been able to start the car for days. A test of the starter shows nothing wrong. Then fcw system failed while trying to start the car, cleared and failed again. Pushing starter button results in all lights and power coming on, but no start of the car. When power is off and door open, there is a warning signal similar to when lights are left on, but lights are off. Seems the starter problem is common, but the recommended fixes are not working. Repeatedly replacing parts does not resolve the issue. I was 150 miles from home before the last start. When the car started after several attempts, I immediately drove home. I can't risk being stranded.

Even while parked in the garage. All lights come on at the same time.the come on as the vehicle gets to normal operating temperature.

THE STEERING CONTINUED TO GET WORSE AND I HAS HAPPY TO HAVE THE TRAFFIC SLOW DOWN 20 MILES OUT OF SEASIDE TO BUMPER TO BUMPER. I BARELY GOT THE WHEEL TO TURN INTO MY DRIVEWAY AT OUR SEASIDE, OREGON HOME. I STARTED MY 'RESEARCH' TO SEE IF A RECALL HAD BEEN MADE ON MY CAR FOR POWER STEERING BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE DIED HITTING THE WALL OF DIRT AND TREES LEAVING THE HIGHWAY. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE! I FOUND AN ARTICLE FROM 2014 THAT 374,000 PEOPLE HAD COMPLAINED OF THIS SAME PROBLEM. AND THAT YOU WERE INVESTIGATING BACK IN 2014! When I first purchased my 2013 Honda Accord from the dealership I noticed sometimes the push start would stall or sound like it was failing. Also my driver side door would not respond to my key fob. All other doors respond to it except the driver door. I have replaced the battery and still the issue hasn't been resolved. I have been taking the actual key out of the fob and inserting it into the car door to unlock my driver side door. Now the ac has began to stop and start. It almost sounds like the fan motor is kicking on and off. And my driver side seat is not sliding back properly. It will began to glide then stop. Then I have to keep pressing and it'll glide back a little and then stop again. Overall I think there is some sort of electrical shortage or something is happening with it. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration there was an electrical system recall sent out June 29, 2017. As stated on their website this could result in an electrical short increases the risk of a fire. The NHTSA campaign id is 17V418000 !
