Accord EXL V6 V6

The problem is a Honda design/manufacturing issue that Honda knows about and is only covering this problem if the car is in warranty. However this problem does not exist until the car is beyond the warranty period. The estimated cost out of pocket for me is probably $700 -$800! I understand there are class action lawsuits about this issue! Is there a way to get Honda to fix this issue on my car?
