interior door vinyl peeling

I originally noticed this about a year and a half after I bought my car. I had it repaired under warranty. Again today I noticed it 9/30/16. I am not sure what is causing this as the spot this peeling occurs is not in a place that I could rub with my arm resting on it. It is dead center of the driver side door panel. I haven't used any chemicals or cleaners to clean my car. I simply wipe it with a damp micro fiber towel periodically. The dealership states they will repair under warranty. However, I am hoping this isn't going to be a continual issue every few years.
