Headrest is not adjustable backwards or forwards, only up and down. It is curved forwards at an extreme angle, and when you sit in it, causes you to sit in a C position, all hunched over. At first, not too bad. After awhile, it is uncomfortable, and causes a lot of neck strain, leading to headaches and neck pain. Please fix, Honda! please send out replacement headrests that are adjustable! simple easy, quick fix, minimal impact. Temporarily, I have resorted to taking them out, and putting them in backwards, and they feel so much better!! trust me, it looks awkward, but feels awesome! updated 1/6/2013
