I had the Tire pressure light turned out 3 times within a month of service, when i called in Honda, they asked me to reset the tpms every time. To make sure everything is correct, I dropped my car to Honda showroom. Today, they are coming with a huge list of things to fix and states, they don't cover it.
I always do the service at the same honda service, had my tire burst and fixed it at honda collision center. Despite this, today, when they reported that my tires are worn out at 35000 miles itself, I had asked them to check on the warranty, since it covers 60K. However, they told me, that my alignment was not done every 15000 miles. This was ridiculous as I used to take my car for service checks, which includes the service guys to tell me about alignment fix, which they never did till now. However, i was able to perform an alignment at 26000 miles, but now, they are coming up with all reasons stating,. its from 26000 till 34000 miles the tire had lost alignment, now I have to replace my tires and my brakes and etc..
Why can't they inform anything upfront when I am doing service and paying 100 bucks for each time?
Why did the Collision center did not check all my tires when they were replacing my burst tires @ 26000 miles
