2nd issue since I recently purchased this used vehicle from CA Motors Direct 3/18/23. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be "detailed" the salesman told me on Saturday,the18th 2023 it would be ready on Monday the 20th 2023. I didn't hear from the dealer ship all day so I went in around :4:30 pm and was told it was not ready still. They had me wait over 4hrs. and right before closing the dealership I finally was handed the keys to the car I had not driven at all at this point.
They had my car for the 2 days that I had per the contract to cancel. Plus had me re-sign 2 pages more to include in the contract which I was not given a chance to look over with the added pages. I called the dealership and text the salesman two days later but my calls were not returned until I had the Honda scanned with an OBDII scanner at Autozone which I had trouble getting any reading. When I did get a reading I had a code 61-11 already submitted on a prior complaint. Until then, the dealership would not return my calls. So now I have two electrical issues not even a week later. The dealer has the car back and insists on fixing it even though I was not approved for the loan. I want my down payment refunded per the CA Lemon Law which prevents used car dealers from selling ANY car with an electrical issue whatsoever.
