The contact owns a 2015 Honda Accord. While attempting to use the push to start feature, the vehicle made a grinding sound and failed to start. The vehicle was taken to val strough Honda (located at 1 heitzinger seaside, ca 93955 831-899-2222) and the contact was informed that the vehicle was running properly. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. Additionally, the vehicle was involved in a head on crash with an unknown vehicle. The three occupants sustained unknown injuries and were provided medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic and was informed that the alternator and air bags needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
