Accord Sport 4

I purchased 2016 Honda Accord sedan Sport and schedule for following week to have Auto Armour apply interior and exterior protectant put on. They said they would be done early afternoon with my car. They called and said the job wasn't good so they called the crew of guys to come back and redo the exterior. He said go to the zoo and enjoy the afternoon.

Meanwhile after zoo I come back and see a circular area with scratches under passenger door mirror. I drop to my knees in disbelief that this has happened. It was probably because he had his keys in his pocket and was apply product in circular motion on roof of car while leaning against it. Then I begin to look at the rest of it. Scratches all over as if it was buffed. Pits in the hood they say is from sap. I would not except my car back. I wanted it looking like it did when I brought it in.

They called me back to come check it out once a week for 4 weeks. It took them 3 weeks to finally paint the scratch I told them to fix. I excepted the 3 spots on the hood in exchange for accessories and oil changes. Then I said I didn't want to see any of the buffing scratches. They said they took off the Auto Armour protectant and reapplied it themselves.

It looked pretty darn good except a few small spots. Well, you know how when you wax your car it covers small scratches makes it glow. Well that's what they did cuz after the first hand car wash the buffing scratches were all back. They tricked me and now won't respond to any of my calls. I will be going there in person and will contact Honda as well. Tonight while washing I was trying to get the bugs off front bumper and hood and they have scratched the paint. The bug debris has come off but not the marks.

Also, on the front bumper while trying to get the bugs off I used my nail under a cloth to try and get bugs off and it put a nail mark in it. Supposedly with the protection applied that should never happen. I feel I'm at a loss. I only have a 5yr warranty on the paint what will happen after the five years. They also buffed my tail lights. What will happen to them? Will they start pitting later? I wish I had answers. Plus I have to drive 50 minutes to get to dealership. I'm so disappoint. My mom was just going to purchase the Pilot this month. She has now changed her mind. We have always purchased Toyotas and never ever had issues.

I was also told by the salesman it was a bad paint job and they have been having many complaints with the Ohio plant and Honda isn't changing anything. While my mom was test driving the Pilot he said it was a bad paint job. That would have never happened if it was a good one. Suggestions welcome!! Thx
