I paid Honda Link $110 for an annual subscription to their REMOTE features to work with their App. It won't update and is not functioning. I paid for this and they aren't fixing it or finding a solution. All I get is the runaround. Again, they have no answer so it must be you, your phone, your carrier but HONDA is not to blame. Bullshit. You took my money and now aren't delivering what I paid for. Next step is contact Discover Card and see if I can get this charged back and have that charge removed from my account.
