I've been back to the dealer 4 times and have a 5th appointment scheduled later this week. For whatever reason, they can't figure it out. There's a knocking coming from inside one of the doors on the passenger side when I close the driver door, start the car or ride over mildly bumpy roads. They've taken door panels off, re-torqued bolts and even put in additional foam padding and the knock is still there. I can't help but think it's got to be a very low tech fix as compared to my other issues I've experienced but this has been happening from the day I bought the car and continues today.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated.
