The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving 35 MPH, he heard loud buzzing and popping noises coming from the door speakers accompanied by severe vibration from the door speakers. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact reported that the noise was distracting to the point that he pulled onto the side of the road. The contact said that the noise stopped once he had pulled over. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and two microphones of the "Active Noise Canceling Microphone" system were replaced on the driver-€™s side roof and the rear passenger middle roof. The contact experienced a recurrence of the same loud buzzing and popping noise again. The contact stated that he returned the vehicle to the same dealer and the microphones were not replaced. The contact said that the noise recently returned, and he took the vehicle back to the dealer. The dealer diagnosed the issue and was told that the manufacturer had no remedy available. The contact said the manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.
