While driving on the highway numerous warning signal pops up, the car pulls to the left and right then suddenly reduces its speed from 60 to 35 and eventually to a full stop. The car gas pedal is stiff the car won't move, this is the 3 time it happens with 7 days. It was taken to the dealership, they stated that it's fixed. However, that far from the truth. In need of some help, apparantly the 2019 Honda Accord is having this issue there should be a recall before some is killed.

Now the vehicle slams on its breaks for no reason when no vehicles are around. Also the vehicle departs it's lane when it is supposed to keep me in it. Also the vehicles brakes grind when I step on them. Also the car makes a grinding noise when I step on the gas pedal and the vehicle sometimes stays in 4000 RPM when driving done the road. Also when driving down the road and going 70 mph and I step on the breaks the whole car sometimes shakes and doesn't stop when needed. It started with issues when I got the vehicle not much later. It current only 17800 miles on it and I shouldn't be having these issues.

On July 7th, 2020 I was turning into a parking space at my employers. My foot was on the brake as I coasted into the parking spot. The auto suddenly lurched, accelerated, jumped the curb and hit a brick wall. My foot was on the brake the entire time. The wall is what stopped the auto. I reported this to Honda. They evaluated the auto and found no computer notifications of a malfunction and therefore no issues with the car. I no longer feel comfortable driving this auto.

I have tried contacting Honda and going to the dealership multiple times to get this taken care of but everything is perfect they say. Just yesterday the car hit the break on it's own when the car on the other side was clearly on the other lane the car made a horrible sudden stop that caused bruising to my neck and also my passenger got hurt with everything that flung from the backseat he said the tug was too much. We thought someone had hit me. This isn't the first time the car has done this I feel I get constant tire pops because of this car veers me off into a lane that isn't even there. I have witnesses that say I have a lemon car I always say no but this last incident was too much for me. Also the charger port not usb has not worked since day one another thing they said was working again nothing. I went back and they said I had no warranties. I have called Honda trying to get to the bottom of this and going to the dealer they said U signed so take care of it. At this point I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle cash and I am not even 1% intersd in keeping this car. If I have to return voluntarily I will have to. I have been patient but it's absolutely ridiculous that I was put into this vehicle being a supposedly upgrade " from my 2017 Honda coupe V6. This car needs a recall on lane departure, sensors, electrical it is not a car I feel safe in. I do not trust to let it drive on it's own and for good reason. What am I paying for then " I would have crashed into a car by now if I trusted it. I have proof of the three tires I have had to get in the past theee months and I don't drive much at all 9K miles in a whole year. Pics on bottom show how the damage comes from the sides due to the car going straight then making sudden turns that hit curbs. The sensors seem to be getting worse instead of better.

When removing the electronic parking brake, to begin driving, one or more brake pads get stuck to the rotor then is violently returned to the open position. This happens in weather below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, after driving, then parking for mere minutes, even when the car is still running. Many sources this is due to the master cylinder not having enough pressure to relax the caliper. This is very hazardous under low speed and I have experienced extremely weak braking when in a parking lot.

07/06/20 was involved in an accident due to the plastic gas pedal snapping off and becoming lodged behind the brake pedal preventing adequate stopping that resulted in me rear ending another vehicle. Max speed reached on the freeway before collision was 65 mph. Trying to brake was not smooth and I had to press down extremely hard in order for the braking system to respond and still ended up colliding with the other vehicle at a higher rate of speed than there should have been when paying attention to surrounding traffic, even with a car length distance infront of me at the start of breaking. It is typical of the braking system to engage when "detecting" close proximity to another object or vehicle but, on many occasions there was no one there; however, in the case of todays accident collision mitigation was not responsive. Tire rotation performed at Honda on 6/29/20 with reports that brake lines, fluids, and pads were up to par however this is most certainly not the case. There is currently a recall that has not made its way to consumers for the fuel pump in this car that took me so digging to find. Initiated 5,28,2020 but, will not go in effect until 7,22,2020. I could have lost my life today! such a scary situation to be in.

On the highway going 75mph the collision mitigation beeped and locked up the brakes dropping my speed below 50mph before letting off. There was a car in the lane to the right of me on a straight section of the highway but was not moving into my lane. Luckily there was no one behind me.

"collision mitigation braking system problem. See your dealer." Warning has appeared seven times in the 4,300 miles I have owned the car. When the system errors the emergency braking does not function, the adaptive cruise control does not function, and even the traditional cruise control will not set. Turning car off and one does reset the issue but it keeps appearing at random times when I drive the car. I have taken the car to dealer multiple times they tell me they cannot do anything unless the warning light is on when they have the vehicle. This issue has been going on since I purchased the car brand new in November 2019.

When the car is in drive and your foot is on the breaks, so you are standing still, you can feel the break peddle loose pressure and the break peddle goes further down. Also, when breaking at slow slow speeds, it feels like it stops grabbing the rotors and you need to push further down on the breaks.

We leased a Honda Accord in July, 2019. We are a Honda family. Before the accident on January 10 of this year, we noticed several unusual happenings. The trunk lid would open while driving after being securely latched. It also would begin braking unnecessarily. The unfortunate incident occurred when the driver drove into a parking space in front of a local retail store traveling slowly when the Honda inexplicably accelerated forward very quickly. It jumped the curb, went over wide sidewalk, traveled through a brick wall anchoring a huge store window, and then went crashed through the huge window. The Honda finally stopped after it had completely entered the store. Fortunately, nobody was injured. We are very grateful for this. It seems that something is seriously wrong with the speed control system of the Honda. We felt that it was our responsibility to notify Honda in hope of preventing a future tragedy. Driving in inclement weather snow/freezing rain. The Honda sense radar will become covered in snow and or ice causing it to light up the dashboard with warning lights. None of the Honda safety features work (adaptive cruise, lane assist, automatic braking) even if you are not using them at the time they all shut down. The worst being the automatic braking could cause wrecks if it hasn't already. When the dash lights up it starts beeping constantly and you have to close out 3-4 notifications before it will stop blinking. Has happened on highway as well as just normal driving state roads. Has happened to me 3 different times. Car has 12000 miles

On April 13, 2019, my brand new, 2019 Honda Accord sport 2.0T on the highway going 55 mph, with mere/mild rain brought an alert of collision mitigation warning onto the dash. The car has since alerted me of the same problem about 5 times, in both wet and dry highway conditions. When taken to the dealer, they said the car had no records of the alert. Not knowing if the Honda sensing system will work is very alarming and I have become scared to drive the vehicle as I can not trust that the vehicle will perform as advertised. I am paying for a service that is not safe to use or not safe for other motorists as many other Accord and Honda owners have reported the same on their cars.
