The Tire Pressure Monitoring System in these cars does not display tire pressure PSI. It functions on resonance while the wheels are turning. This means you have no idea what the tire pressure is when it drops 3PSI and it has to be checked. It is a useless system that only detects puncture and give incorrect readings about puncture even when it is setup properly. Furthermore, if you have the larger diameter tire size with the higher PSI rating, you have to calibrate the system 3 times to get it to work properly per the recommendation from the dealer. And the dealer does not fully inflate to PSI on regulator maintenance because every other vehicle uses 35psi.
