The vehicle was taken to san francisco Honda (1595 van ness ave, san francisco, ca 94109, (415) 687-0174) and the vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 20V771000 (electrical system, back over prevention, visibility/wiper, visibility, exterior lighting) however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
