The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord equipped with Michelin Tires, Tire Line :Lion Promac MX4. Tire Size 235/40/R19/ The contact stated that while driving at highway speed the driver's rear tire separated from the inside out. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact called the local dealer but the tire was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed him about a replacement tire. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated there was a complete failure of tire separation and cap. The failure mileage was approximately 1,200.
