iPhone wont stay connected. It is completely random if it connects or not less that 50% at the monument. Can not use hands free, Alexa is useless. In the end the fancy entertainment systems is a glorified FM radio

Phone calls connect but can't hear anyone, they hear clicks. Just like everyone else with this car, it's TWO MONTHS OLD and already has issues. Just frustrated more than anything. Trying to make a call, the call connects because you can see the timer ticking off seconds you are connected but I can't hear anything, and the person I called only hears ticking sounds. I have to switch it to my phones speaker for it to work. Called tech support, they don't know and said I have to take it to the dealership. So frustrating! I've tried everyone, updating software in the car, android auto, my phone, restarted it multiple times, looked for solutions on Samsung site, you name it. Nothing works. Doesn't help to plug it directly into the car. Turned bluetooth off and on, nothing. It was working just fine then nothing.
