Accord

The contact owns a 2023 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while entering the vehicle, his wife noticed a vertical crack at the top right corner of the windshield. The contact inspected the windshield from the outside and there was no indentation of the glass around the crack that would indicate an impact on the windshield by road debris or any other hard object. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or a glass shop. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,600.
