Accord

The contact owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the passenger-??s side mirror started hitting against the vehicle, before the side mirror detached, and fell off onto the highway. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who determined that an impact had caused the failure. The mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the mirror needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted by the local dealer, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
