The contact owns a 2024 Honda Accord. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the messages "Brake System Failure" and "Electric Parking Brake Failure" were displayed. The vehicle was later towed to the local dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure or determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 74.
