This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Honda dealer.
This is the 2nd door lock actuator I have had to replace (this time right rear). Last time left rear. Not up to Honda quality. Rear door actuators aren't even being activated that much. I press door open on remote once to open driver door (which is what I do most of the time since it's just me using the car). Pressing twice will activate all door locks. Strange that those would go first..

We had this vehicle for less than a year when the first door lock went out. After a while, another went out, after a while, another went out and then another. We have had four replaced. The fifth one, on the right rear, which may have already been replaced once was working sometimes and sometimes not. We drove the 25 miles to the dealer to get it fixed on four different occasions and every time they couldn't find a problem because it would work when we got there. After the fourth try, we had already ran out of our extended warranty and now have to pay for it out of pocket and they are saying $175.00!!!! Well this really pisses me off since it was broken well within our warranty but we couldn't prove it.
Just for the record, this is our sixth new Honda and the only one we have had any problem with.
