Accord Crosstour EX-L 3.5L

My 2010 Crosstour with 60K miles vibrates upon acceleration and braking. The vehicle is dangerous to drive and I also feel it is wearing my other parts. After discovering the problem was the right front axle, I was told the part was on indefinite back order with a big demand.
