Accord Hybrid

The contact owns a 2020 Honda Accord hybrid. The contact stated while driving 55 mph, the contact stated that an acoustically driven drone sound was coming from front driver's side of the vehicle. The contact stated that the sound became loud enough preventing communication between the vehicle passengers. The vehicle was taken to cma's valley Honda (296 lee jackson hwy, staunton, va 24401, (540) 213-9000) however, the vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of failure. The contact had not yet received a response from the manufacturer. The failure mileage was approximately 8,000.
