Car would not start, all lights would come on and the dash kept telling me to put key fob to starter. I did this like 30 times. Had a triple A come out and they checked battery it was not battery. We disconnected the battery to see if that would restart the software. We could not get the software to restart car would not crank or go into neutral. The tow company had to drag my car 20 feet to get on back of the two truck. I had to wait 2 days because it was a Saturday night before anyone could look at the car.

The dealership took 8 hours to figure it is the BCM and ordering part. They said the part will be in tomorrow and this would be repaired and covered under warranty. My gripe is I don't feel like the car is reliable now what if this happens when i am out of town. They said well we will cover it. I said well you won't cover me having to stay longer in hotel etc due to the issue that happened to the car. I suggested to trade it for another one and they said we would have to wait and see if the dealership finds anything else wrong with the car. I am not happy with this resolution and don't feel my car will be reliable. I will updated after the car is repaired.
