Customer service is shocking. No response to complaints sent to Honda SA.
Dealer did not have stock of parts, waited almost two weeks for parts (brake pads and windscreen wiper blades) .
Dealer submitted a warranty claim on windscreen wiper arm replacement. No response for weeks from Dealer. Contacted Honda SA. Case Manager was assigned. It's now over a week and nobody got back to me as to whether the dealer did submit a claim.
On 15 000km service, engine oil was filled above the maximum mark. Had to take the vehicle back to dealer to remove excess oil. Rattles from the dashboard and rear seat. Electrical wiring exposed under the glove compartment and steering wheel. The centre air vent no longer works. On a rainy day can hear water dripping into door panels.
The Honda Ballade was my worst purchase to date. Vehicle has a 5 year warranty. With the quality of service I experienced so far, have doubts of them honoring any claims.
