My vehicle moved only 47000 km in last 7 years and AC was used only for Approximately 25000 km.
In such a small use, how can a compressor malfunction without any other reason, like an accident or overuse.
In my opinion this is the problem of compressor and it's a manufacturing fault as the most of the compressors life is much higher than the 25000 km run.
AC compressor is making sound when I start it. It's annoying me when driving. However, cooling is fine. But service center suggested to change the whole AC component including compressor, duct and fin.
My car was only driving by myself and its never collided with anything or got into an accident.

Home visit completed by your professional and he repeated the same suggestions to replace the existing AC set including all 3 parts.
However he has given a window of time frame to replace the parts. As per his suggestion I have to change all the parts otherwise after some time it will again create problem. I am agree with his suggestion. He also clearly mentioned that I can wait for some time and till that I can use my vehicle as it is without any problem.
After his visit following things I understand
1. Customer care and technician had not handled my problem professionally on my service center visit on 02nd Aug.
2. They have not able to estimate proper service cost.
3. Even after home visit your technician has not able to explain the reason of this problem in compressor.
In my opinion, as the condition of my vehicle is great in all respects and properly taken care by myself and your service center since last 7 years, we have to think about this damage.

When I was purchased this vehicle I was quite sure that it's a long-term investment. I am a person with environment first policy. I have an impression of Honda as a responsible and durable car brand. I thought my vehicle will last for 20 years at least. I have no plan to purchase new vehicle in near future.
I have not seen any of my friends or family members have this type of malfunction in car AC. local technical experts also suggest that this is not a usual. Most of the AC works for very long period of time.
I am sure this is a special case and is not due to mishandling of the equipment. I am feeling very sorry for this situation but I have never expected this from Honda. May be you people have some policy for this type of cases but I totally dissatisfied with the performance of the Honda brand.
I hope company will take care his customer and understand that this is the faith which you are going to loose.
I will sell this car if Honda not taking appreciate action for this faulty AC. And never return again to the company.
