The 2 front airbag inflators did not inflate in a front end collision, on campbell rd on 12/4/15, they only popped out about a coupe of inches and front seat belt will not adjust now. I saw there is a recall/fix problem for Honda's CR-V from 2002 to 2011 but nothing listed earlier than 2002.

My daughter rear ended someone and her airbag did not deploy. The hood could not even be closed. She was not hurt and we let it go..but now I wonder if there is a real problem with the airbag safety. We still own the car and it has it's original damage. Can you please look into this or how we should proceed?

My 1999 Honda CR-V has the SRS light on. The dealer informed me there is an internal failure in the SRS unit. This is not covered by the warranty and will cost $826 to repair. I did not abuse this system. I have never even seen the air bags or SRS unit. If the seatbelts have to function then the airbags should have to function also. I cannot afford this repair. Please note all the other complaints about Honda SRS failures reported on the internet and require Honda to repair these for free as a safety issue.

The supplemental restraint system (SRS) light turned on for no apparent reason. There was not frontal impact and/or impact whatsoever so therefore I suspect that there may be a defect within the SRS system itself but no cooperation was offered from the dealer and/or Honda. A personal friend also had the same problem but he did not report it as may be the case with many individuals. This concerns me and therefore I ask for your assistance before anyone gets hurt. I thank you in advance for your assistance and time.
