I contacted "[xxx]" at NHTSA on 3-18-20 at 12:08 am mtn time and she was unhelpful and uninformed. I called my insurance agent at state farm and they advised to suspend the insurance. I don't want anyone driving this vehicle until it is repaired but the Honda dealer, the corporate Honda office and NHTSA is doing nothing!! I now have a vehicle I paid $6000 for that is unsafe to drive.
