problem #2

Nov 142007

CR-V 4-cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,449 miles
Vibration at speeds of approximately 42, 62 and 72 mph, especially when road is curving to the left, that makes the entire vehicle vibrate, so that it is undrivable. Capitol Honda replaced tires with other tires and vibration was not found. When original tires reinstalled, vibration returns. Honda dealer believes that the imbalance is in the tires. Have taken tires back to America's tire twice for re-balance and they have added weights each time, by about 1/2 oz.
